Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Inflated-Pad Buffer. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the quality and integrity of our inflated-pad products through careful inspection and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of inflated pads to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust the inflation processes to optimise product integrity.
• Implement effective maintenance schedules for buffer machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Document inspection results and maintenance activities meticulously.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Contribute to ongoing training and support for team members.
• Assist in training new hires on buffer operations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role.
