Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Film Production Coordinator to manage project schedules, liaise with production teams, and ensure smooth operations throughout the filmmaking process. The right candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for film production.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain schedules for video shoots and production activities.
  • Assist in compiling all necessary paperwork for film projects.
  • Monitor production expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  • Facilitate on-set communication and organization during shooting.
  • Prepare reports on project progress for review by the Production Manager.
  • Attend production meetings and coordinate agendas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant diploma or equivalent experience in a production role
Experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.
