• Manage event registrations and participant communications.
• Work alongside the creative team to develop event themes and branding.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at events.
• Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies needed for events.
• Utilize project management tools to track event progress and milestones.
• Engage in networking opportunities to build partnerships and promote events.
• Facilitate debrief sessions post-events to discuss successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a senior event planning role
