As a Glaze Carrier, your primary responsibility is to deliver our delicate glazed products to customers promptly and safely. We seek an individual who is meticulous, customer-focused, and capable of handling our products with care.
Responsibilities
Load and unload glassware carefully to prevent damage.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on delivery vehicle.
Navigate to customer locations using GPS and other tools.
Deliver products within designated time frames to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document and report delivery-related issues immediately.
Communicate effectively with customers to address their queries.
Follow all health and safety regulations relevant to glass transport.
Assist in training new staff on delivery procedures.
Participate in company meetings and training sessions.
Maintain inventory of delivery supplies and equipment.
