Job Description

As a Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This role requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyse financial discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely reporting.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Train and support junior clerks in their duties.
  • Assist with payroll and vendor payments.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks)

Certifications
  • AAT Qualification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
