Job Description
As a Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This role requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial documents to ensure accuracy.
Analyse financial discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely reporting.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting.
Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with regulations.
Train and support junior clerks in their duties.
Assist with payroll and vendor payments.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
