We are seeking dedicated Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and tending to shoe manufacturing machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Tend to shoe manufacturing equipment and monitor production output.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the functionality of machines.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain workplace safety protocols and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NVQ Level 2 in Footwear or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Sewing Machine Operation
• Fabric Handling

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
