Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our exceptional team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nursing services to patients while ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing manager.
  • Administer first aid and emergency care where necessary.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and assist during examinations.
  • Engage with community resources for patient education.
  • Support and advocate for patient rights and wishes.
  • Utilize electronic medical records efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing best practices and regulations.
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments.
  • Lead health workshops for patients and families.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Nursing is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
