Job Description

We are looking for a Medical Care Evaluation Specialist to join our healthcare organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the quality of medical care provided to patients and developing recommendations for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through quality evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead evaluations of medical care practices and compile analysis for improvement.
  • Engage with healthcare teams to assess compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify areas for quality enhancement and drive action plans.
  • Utilise data analytics to inform evaluation processes and outcomes.
  • Advise on best practices for healthcare delivery based on evaluation findings.
  • Work closely with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare evaluation and quality improvement
