Job Description

As a Supply Chain Development Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimise our supply chain processes. Your role will be crucial in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing innovative logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on supply chain initiatives.
• Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs to gauge effectiveness of implemented strategies.
• Lead training sessions for staff on new systems and processes related to supply chain operations.
• Foster relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
• Manage logistics projects from conception to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on supply chain activities for leadership review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Transport Management Systems
• Cost Analysis

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
