Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, ensuring high quality and user satisfaction through detailed testing strategies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor testing progress and report on QA metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective testing.
• Assist in defining QA processes and guidelines.
• Evaluating the software for usability, performance, and functionality.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and reproducing issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within QA.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Certifications

• Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)

Languages

• English: Fluent
