Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Loom Fixer Supervisor to manage loom operations, focusing on maintenance and repair of machinery. In this pivotal role, you will supervise a team, develop preventive maintenance programs, and monitor production output to maintain high-quality standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our production efficiency and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of loom machinery, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
  • Implement new technologies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for machinery issues.
  • Develop performance metrics to assess the productivity of the team.
  • Report to management on operational status and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings to develop strategies for enhancing production.
  • Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and practices at all times.
  • Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration.
  • Assess and improve workflow processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certifications in maintenance or engineering are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in loom fixing or a related field
