Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Health Pharmacy, you will oversee pharmacy operations, engage with patients to understand their health needs, and ensure the safe dispensing of medications. You will thrive in an environment that values collaborative healthcare and pursues excellence in service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
  • Counsel patients on medication therapies and health improvement strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stocking and disposing of medications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient health outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for pharmacy practice.
  • Conduct medication reviews and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Participate in health promotion initiatives and community health programs.
  • Train and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
