Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Retail Store Manager to lead our Liverpool store. In this role, you will drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure an excellent customer experience is maintained. The ideal candidate should have a knack for retail management and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health and safety practices in the store.
• Manage the recruitment process for new hires as needed.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately.

• Stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in the development of sales forecasts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a similar field is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a senior retail management role is an advantage
