Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead our team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and implement strategies to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure effective communication among team members and departments.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to inform decision-making.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Support the Store Manager in executing promotional initiatives.
• Promote a positive store culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a retail supervisory capacity

• Visual Merchandising

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
