We are seeking an experienced Insurance Policy Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and management of insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance regulations and a passion for providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance in all areas of policy administration and updates.
• Conduct regular audits of policy processes and suggest operational improvements.
• Lead meetings with key stakeholders to discuss policy changes and developments.
• Monitor policy performance metrics and take action as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Develop strategic initiatives for client engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory demands.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Insurance, Business, or related field
• CII Diploma qualification is beneficial

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in insurance policy management
