The Oil Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the oil industry. This role requires expertise in oil quality analysis, inspection procedures, and relevant industry standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and tests on oil and fuel samples to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Document and report inspection results accurately and promptly.
Implement and follow procedures for maintaining health and safety standards in the workplace.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes.
Liaise with regulatory bodies as required to ensure compliance.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspection activities and results.
Identify trends in inspection outcomes to inform management decisions.
Requirements
Education
A degree in Environmental Science is a plus.
Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
