Job Description

We are seeking a driven Public Policy Analyst to join our Glasgow team. The successful candidate will conduct research and analysis on public policies, assisting in the development and evaluation of effective strategies that influence decision-making at various levels.

Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate public policies for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Compile and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather diverse perspectives.
  • Propose adjustments to existing policies based on research findings.
  • Develop criteria for measuring policy success and impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to educate stakeholders on policy issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in Public Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in public policy or government
