Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Bristol team. You will play a crucial role in analysing our supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to optimise supply chain operations.
• Work with logistics partners to improve delivery performance.
• Analyse customer demand and adjust supply plans accordingly.
• Create and maintain supply chain documentation.
• Conduct market research to inform supply chain decisions.
• Develop key performance indicators to measure success.
• Provide training to team members on supply chain best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis

Technical Skills

• Forecasting
• ERP Systems

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel Functions: Ability to use advanced functions and pivot tables to analyse data.
• Experience with Vendor Management: Familiarity with managing relationships and contracts with suppliers.
