Job Description

As an Outpatient Admitting Clerk, you will be crucial in managing patient registrations and appointments at our healthcare facility. Your role will involve interacting with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in patient registration, ensuring accuracy in demographic data input.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage daily schedules to optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Conduct insurance verification and manage patient authorizations.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide necessary information regarding services.
  • Update and maintain electronic health records with precise patient data.
  • Work with healthcare teams to maximise patient satisfaction and resolve any administrative issues.
  • Implement privacy procedures and safeguard patient information diligently.
  • Assist in billing tasks including payment collection and financial inquiries.
  • Help streamline administrative processes for improved patient experience.

Requirements

Education
