Veterinary Practice Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Veterinary Practice Assistant to join our Corby clinic. In this role, you'll assist veterinarians in providing high-quality care to our furry patients, ensuring they receive the best treatment possible.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the handling and restraint of animals during exams and treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic and hospital facilities.
• Participate in training and development opportunities provided by the clinic.
• Assist in the management of supplies and equipment, including inventory tracking.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold clinic values.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or relevant animal care qualifications
• Degree in Veterinary Medicine is a plus

Experience

• Experience working in a veterinary practice is desirable
