The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations. Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Prepare and present legal documents and recommendations.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law matters.
• Support clients in navigating complex corporate transactions.
• Lead negotiation efforts on behalf of clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate degree in Commercial Law is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate law practice
