Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bible Worker to join our team. The role involves spreading the teachings of the Bible, conducting study sessions, organizing events, and providing guidance to individuals seeking spiritual enlightenment.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively with the community to promote faith-based initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate Bible study groups for different age groups.
• Plan and execute outreach events that resonate with community needs.
• Support individuals on their spiritual journeys through one-on-one mentorship.
• Document outreach efforts and provide reports to the outreach coordinator.
• Develop workshops and seminars focusing on biblical teachings.
• Foster strong relationships with community members to enhance outreach success.
• Evaluate community spiritual needs and adjust programs accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Qualification in Theology or Religious Studies preferred
• Experience in pastoral care is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in spiritual leadership or community service roles
