We are looking for an experienced Mastic Floor Layer to join our team in London. The successful applicant will be skilled in laying mastic flooring and possess a keen eye for detail. You'll work both independently and collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standards are met on every project.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments prior to installation.
• Manage material sourcing and inventory for projects.
• Participate in quality assurance checks post-installation.
• Train junior staff on techniques and safety measures.
• Drive to different job sites as needed to meet client demands.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Experience with other types of flooring is advantageous.
