We are seeking a meticulous Proofreader and Copy Marker to ensure that all our written materials are pristine. You will be responsible for proofreading various documents to guarantee grammatical accuracy and consistency with our brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly proofread and edit content for a variety of materials.
• Ensure documents adhere to our established style guides.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve formatting issues.
• Conduct final checks on documents before publication.
• Maintain a detailed record of changes made during the editing process.
• Educate team members about best practices in proofreading.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of editing tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English Literature or a related discipline
• Advanced Editing Certification is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a proofreading/editorial role with a focus on marketing materials

• Adobe Acrobat Pro

Languages

• English: Fluent
