Responsibilities

• Lead creative brainstorming sessions for new collection ideas.
• Ensure all designs meet brand quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with other departments for cohesive collection delivery.
• Develop cost-effective designs while maintaining quality.
• Participate in photoshoots to showcase latest collections.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master's degree in Fashion Business or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of fashion design experience with a focus on garment construction
