Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to support our healthcare team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhance patient satisfaction through efficient service delivery. This role is critical in maintaining the operational workflow of our healthcare facility and guaranteeing seamless patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement office procedures to optimize operations.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinate training sessions for new staff members.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry practices.
  • Support management in strategic planning and operational activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
