Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Interventional Radiologist to perform minimally invasive procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care and ensure precise diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of minimally invasive procedures guided by imaging technology.
• Collaborate with various specialists to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Interpret and report on diagnostic imaging results efficiently.
• Train and mentor junior staff in interventional radiology practices.
• Engage in continuing medical education and training.
• Participate in departmental meetings to discuss cases and departmental improvements.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Medical degree from a recognised institution.
• Specialist training in Radiology completed.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interventional radiology.

Technical Skills

• Fluoroscopy Techniques
• CT and MRI Interpretation
• Ultrasound Guidance

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• Fellowship in Interventional Radiology (Desirable).

Languages

• English: Fluent
