As an Operating Room Aide at Healthcare Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in assisting surgical teams during operations. You will ensure a clean, sterile environment while supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Operating Room Aide training program

Experience

• Prior experience in a healthcare or surgical setting is preferred but not essential.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
