We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability and sustainability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality components.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Conduct root cause analysis for design-related issues.
• Provide training and support to junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development

• Advanced CAD Modelling

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
