We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science applied to healthcare, along with experience in machine learning and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large healthcare datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT to streamline data collection processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs through rigorous data analysis.
• Document methodologies and processes for data handling.
• Lead projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Engage with external partners for data-sharing and research collaborations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, or a related field
• PhD preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in biomedical data analysis
