We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, implementing care plans, and supporting their emotional and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in achieving their personal goals and objectives.
• Facilitate communication between clients and healthcare professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Assist in the monitoring of client behaviour and emotional state.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in mental health or social care

Experience

• Experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges is essential

• Level 2 Award in Mental Health Awareness
