Job Description

Seeking a skilled Pediatric Surgeon to enhance our medical team at Premier Healthcare. The role involves executing surgical interventions for paediatric patients while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and effective outcomes.
  • Assess and monitor patients during preoperative and postoperative phases.
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for patient care strategies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and keep abreast of surgical innovations.
  • Aid in the training and mentorship of junior medical staff and students.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote child health awareness.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the operating room.
  • Collaborate with research teams to contribute to advancements in paediatric surgery.
  • Assist in paediatric surgery department management and administrative tasks.
  • Provide consultations regarding pediatric surgery to other medical professionals.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of a surgical residency program
  • Board certification in Pediatric Surgery is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in pediatric surgery with a focus on surgical innovations
