As a Four-Slide Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production team, operating and maintaining four-slide machinery to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

• Operate four-slide machines effectively to ensure high-quality output.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery to prolong longevity.
• Engage with team members to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Track and log production metrics for quality assessments.
• Work under tight deadlines while ensuring safety compliance.
• Implement improvements based on inspection feedback.
• Support new operators during training and onboarding.
• Participate in safety drills and workshops regularly.
• Help in the overall delivery of production goals.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency.

Advantageous

• Experience with specific brands of four-slide machines: Hands-on experience with brands such as XYZ and ABC is beneficial.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Familiarity with lean methodologies to enhance production efficiency.
