As an Event Planner at Dynamic Events Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate conferences to weddings. Your creativity and organizational skills will play a vital role in providing exceptional experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire event planning process from concept to execution.
• Work closely with clients to tailor events to their vision and budget.

• Implement event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Conduct venue tours and site inspections.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Gather feedback from clients and attendees post-event.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Certification in Event Planning is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
