Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team of security officers, ensuring efficient operations.

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements for security practices.
• Assist with emergency response planning and execution.
• Create and maintain documentation of security activities and incidents.
• Participate in security system upgrades and assess their effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional security-related certifications preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
