Job Description

As an IT Service Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of managing and supporting IT services while working closely with various teams to enhance service delivery. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system availability and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
• Assist in system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
• Handle configuration and installation of hardware and software.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of IT services.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide guidance on technology issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant industry certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an IT service role
