We are in search of a Software Solutions Specialist to join our Southampton team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions that meet client needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven ability to collaborate within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect software systems that align with company standards.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback into software.
• Provide project estimates and timeline for completion.
• Work alongside UX/UI designers to implement user-centric designs.
• Ensure high coding standards and implement code reviews.
• Support deployment activities and post-deployment monitoring.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand user feedback for software enhancements.
• Maintain an understanding of emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of full-stack software development experience
