Job Description

As a Crew Dispatcher at Leading Airline Group, you will coordinate the scheduling of airline crews, ensuring that all flights are staffed correctly according to regulations and operational needs. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills to manage the dynamic environment of flight operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling of flight crews and ensure effective staffing for all flights.
  • Monitor compliance with FAA regulations and internal policies.
  • Keep meticulous records of crew schedules, qualifications, and training.
  • Communicate efficiently with crew members about schedule changes.
  • Participate in the resolution of operational challenges as they arise.
  • Manage relationships with other departments for smoother operations.
  • Utilise communication tools to maintain a high level of service.
  • Support operational needs during emergencies or disruptions.
  • Advise on compliance issues related to crew scheduling.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance scheduling processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years experience with airline operations relevant to crew scheduling.
