Job Description

Join us as a Manufacturing Engineer in our Bristol facility. You will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to achieve best practice.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop cost-effective methods through process innovation.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on implemented changes.
  • Assess equipment needs and lead projects for new equipment acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support for new product introductions.
  • Report on project progress and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
