Job Description
Join us as a Manufacturing Engineer in our Bristol facility. You will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to achieve best practice.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop cost-effective methods through process innovation.
Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Facilitate training sessions for staff on implemented changes.
Assess equipment needs and lead projects for new equipment acquisition.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide technical support for new product introductions.
Report on project progress and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
Master's degree preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
