Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Seal Mixer to join our manufacturing team to perform the critical duty of mixing sealants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in handling various sealant materials and ensuring product quality through meticulous mixing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that mixes are consistent across batches for optimal product quality.
• Monitor temperature and mixing speeds to achieve desired results.
• Assist in training new operators on best practices and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of mixing machinery and report any issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in chemical safety handling preferred

Experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Technical Skills

• Understanding of chemical safety
• Familiarity with mixing machinery
