Job Description

As the Laboratory Administrative Director, you will steer the administrative operations of our laboratory, leading a team committed to excellence and compliance. Your leadership will foster an environment of innovation while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all laboratory processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory administration.
  • Implement quality management systems to enhance service delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff to foster a competent workforce.
  • Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between laboratory staff and upper management.
  • Prepare and present reports to the executive team.
  • Identify and implement best practices for laboratory operations.
  • Manage procurement and supplier contracts effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the lab.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science or related field
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory administration or management
