Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will manage daily operations in our healthcare facility. Your role includes coordinating patient services, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, and implementing strategies for operational improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative functions within healthcare operations.
  • Assess and improve patient service protocols.
  • Develop and maintain operational budgets for the department.
  • Foster relationships with healthcare providers and external agencies.
  • Monitor performance metrics for administrative processes.
  • Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Management preferred
