Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated IT Support Technician to join our Liverpool team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring efficient IT operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and helping our staff leverage technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist with data backups and recovery processes.
• Maintain user accounts and permissions in systems and applications.
• Contribute to continual service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field

• Linux OS

Languages

• English: Fluent
