We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be adept at interpreting data to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with various teams to help shape business strategies through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from various sources and transform it for analysis.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive insights.
• Create clear and compelling data visualisations.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to understand their analytics needs.
• Recommend improvements based on data findings.
• Support ad hoc data requests and projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or Statistics
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
