We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician (Auto Tech) to join our team. As an Auto Tech, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive systems to improve vehicle performance.
Develop an understanding of vehicle technology trends to enhance service delivery.
Ensure quality control on all completed repairs and maintenance work.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Provide technical support to junior technicians as needed.
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management of parts and tools.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Requirements
Education
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
City & Guilds certification in Automotive Technology
Experience
3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
