Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Technologist to deliver exceptional imaging services within our healthcare facility in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures and ensuring patient safety while providing high-quality diagnostic images.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various radiographic imaging examinations under the supervision of radiologists.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in the training of junior staff and support their development.
• Document patient information and procedures accurately.
• Continuously update skills through attending relevant training and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Radiography or equivalent
• BSc in Radiologic Technology is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in clinical radiology

Technical Skills

• CT and MRI Scanning
• Data Management

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Advanced Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of emerging imaging technologies: Awareness of advancements in radiographic imaging techniques.
• Experience in patient care coordination: Ability to manage patient care throughout imaging procedures.
