Job Description

We are seeking a CRM Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems and will work closely with clients to tailor and implement solutions that enhance customer relationships and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Configure and customize CRM systems based on client specifications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Guide clients in best practices for data management and CRM usage.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration.
• Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Information Technology
• Relevant professional certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in CRM or customer engagement roles

• CRM System Customization

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
