Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee various projects in Leeds. The successful candidate will manage operations, supervise staff, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all phases of project construction from inception to completion.
  • Work with architects and engineers to establish project specifications.
  • Assess and mitigate construction risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation to relevant authorities.
  • Mentor and train junior staff to build a competent team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
