Job Description

We are looking for an empathetic Social Worker to join our team in Belfast. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop personalised care plans, and provide ongoing support. Your contributions will be essential in helping individuals and families improve their circumstances and lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Offer emotional and practical support to individuals and families.
  • Work with community resources to facilitate access to services.
  • Maintain case records and documentation accurately.
  • Participate in case management meetings with other professionals.
  • Encourage clients to engage in community and self-help initiatives.
  • Provide crisis intervention and problem-solving assistance.
  • Advocate for systemic changes that benefit the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a social work role
