Responsibilities
Supervise the procurement team and manage daily activities.
Develop and implement procurement policies and guidelines.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
Lead sourcing initiatives to identify potential suppliers.
Implement strategies for cost reduction and improved quality.
Monitor the market for price changes and trends.
Report procurement metrics to senior management.
Ensure all procurement activities align with organisational objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Support sustainability initiatives in supplier selection.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus
Experience
4+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement management
